Instant Noodles in Sour Soup

Wash the tofu and cut into pieces, drain and set aside

Rinse the sauerkraut with clean water, wring out the water, and cut into shreds for later use

Set the pot on the fire, pour in a suitable amount of vegetable oil to heat, put the tofu in the pot and fry; after the tofu is browned on both sides, shovel out for use

Use a sieve to filter out the oil in the pot

Heat the wok, pour in a little oil that has just been filtered, and when it’s hot, put the sauerkraut in the pan and stir fry

After the sauerkraut is fragrant, put it in water; sprinkle an appropriate amount of pepper and bring to a boil

Tips:
1. Don't fry the tofu too much, just when the edges turn yellow;
2. Collecting the juice at the end According to personal preference, I prefer dry fishing, and the juice is collected better.
