Beef Noodles with Black Bean Sauce

Soak the beef in advance to soak out the blood

Put the beef in a pressure cooker, add water equal to the level of wagyu beef, add ginger, star anise, peppercorns, chili, cooking wine and salt, bring to a boil, cover and cook for half an hour

Remove the beef and let it dry and cut into slices. Prepare the spicy black bean sauce. Bring the beef broth to a boil at this time

Cook the noodles. I use hand-made noodles, you can choose noodles as you like

Tips:
It is easier to cook beef in a pressure cooker, or you can cook it in a low heat in a saucepan.
Bring the beef broth to a boil while cooking the noodles, and pour it into a bowl of coriander and green onions. The beef broth should not be too salty. Stir in the fermented black bean sauce in the later stage to avoid being too salty.
Boil more beef, and keep the remaining frozen goods refrigerated.
