Beef Peppers
1.
The beef is thawed from the freezer compartment to the soft freezing area of the Midea refrigerator one day in advance, so as to keep the meat fresh and tender (and my favorite gourmet master-hormone O(∩_∩)O haha~)
2.
Wash and diced beef
3.
Put the cut beef into a bowl, add salt, oyster sauce, pepper, starch, and a little oil evenly, then pour about 5 tablespoons of water, and stir in one direction until the water is completely absorbed by the beef
4.
Set aside and marinate for about 10 minutes
5.
Wash the colored peppers and soak them in salt water for a while, pick up and drain the water, cut in half, and hollow out the pepper seeds
6.
Cut half of the colored pepper into cubes, and use the remaining half as a container for the ingredients
7.
Heat the pan, pour in some olive oil, pour in the marinated beef and stir-fry for a while
8.
Pour in the diced pepper and stir fry quickly
9.
Add salt and stir fry evenly
10.
Shovel it up and put it into a cup of colored pepper
Tips:
1. Put the beef from the freezer compartment to the soft freezing area of the Midea refrigerator one day in advance to thaw, so as to keep the meat fresh and tender.
2. Make the beef taste good in advance, add a small amount of water to stir the beef, the taste is tender and juicy.
3. Pour the colored pepper cubes into the pan and stir-fry for a few times, and it will be out of the pot after a long time.
4. Soaking colored peppers in salt water can remove pesticides remaining on the surface.
