Beef Radish Soup

Prepare carrots, wash and cut into pieces

Blanch the beef and put it in the pot, add water cooking wine, cinnamon bay leaves, green onion ginger, hawthorn and start to stew.

Simmer for about 60 minutes, add the radish cubes

Add a pinch of salt chicken bouillon.
5.
Put it into a bowl and sprinkle a little green onion.
