Beef Ramen

A pack of noodles.

Bring water to a boil in a pot. Put the noodles and cook until soft.

Add cold boiled water to the other pot, remove the cooked noodles with a strainer, and place them in the pot.

The ingredients are cut well.

A bowl of beef soup.

Heat up the wok, add oil, put onion and ginger until fragrant, add appropriate amount of water to boil.

Cut beef slices.

Put the beef broth and the cut beef slices into the pot and bring to a boil.

Put the chopped green onions, coriander, and small red peppers in the pot and blanch them.

Remove the noodles from the cold boiled water and place them in a large bowl.

Take out the beef slices and place them on top of the noodles, and then pour the soup on them, and start eating the delicious beef ramen.
