Beef Rice

Wash the fragrant rice and soak for half an hour;

Pour the fragrant rice into a casserole, add water, the ratio of fragrant rice to water is 1:1.2~1.5;

After the high heat is boiled, reduce the heat until the rice becomes soft and the water is absorbed, and the rice is ready;

Shred onion and prepare fat beef;

Put the fat beef in hot water and blanch it to get the beef;

Pour oil in a hot pan, add onions to burst the aroma, until the onions become soft;

Add beef and stir fry a few times;

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, black pepper powder and a little sugar, stir fry for a taste, and then serve. Don't be too fragrant with Thai fragrant rice~
Tips:
1. Both light soy sauce and dark soy sauce are salty, so you don't need to add salt. Of course, you can also season them according to your own taste.
2. During the cooking process, do not open the lid of the pot to maintain the fragrance of the rice.
3. The ratio of fragrant rice to water: 1 cup of fragrant rice plus 1.2~1.5 cups of water.
