Beef Sauce

Beef chopped into chunks

I use a machine to puree the beef and shiitake mushrooms

Marinated beef puree with cooking wine

Heat up the frying pan and sauté the garlic and ginger

Put the beef into the pan and fry until the beef is white

Pour the seasonings and stir fry to evenly color

Add water to the beef and bring it to a boil on a high fire, and just collect the juice on a low fire.

In the evening, I cooked rice with rice in an iron kettle. It was delicious and my colleagues ate a lot.
