Beef Sauce Spaghetti
1.
Make the beef sauce, see the "Preface or Overview" for the raw material formula and method;
2.
Use a larger pot, enlarge half of the pot of water, pour it until boiling, add the pasta, and cook until it is thoroughly cooked. Do not cook too badly, then remove the filtered water;
3.
Boil the pot again, put the pot on the stove, pour the noodles, turn on the fire, pour the beef tomato sauce, stir a few times, and then see if it is too thick, if it is too thick, you can add about 1/3 bowl of stock, and try again. , The taste should not be too far off at this time, the meat sauce itself is already relatively strong, if it is not salty enough, add a little bit of salt, if the taste is sour, add a little sugar;
4.
Stir the meat sauce and noodles evenly, put it on a plate, sprinkle the chopped fresh Parsley on top for decoration, if you don't prepare Parsley, this step can be omitted.
Tips:
1. After the spaghetti is cooked, the water must be drained, otherwise it will feel watery after adding the meat sauce;
2. When the spaghetti and meat sauce are mixed, you can add a moderate amount of broth. If there is no broth, you can also consider putting canned chicken broth, so that the taste will feel thicker.
