Beef Sausage Pizza

Melt the yeast with warm water, add salt, sugar, corn oil to the flour, and stir the water with chopsticks to form a floc.

Knead the dough with your hands to form a smooth dough.
Take a damp cloth and place the basin in a warm place for fermentation. When the dough has risen to twice its size, dip your fingers in flour and gently make a hole in the noodles so that the dough does not shrink or collapse.

To prepare the side dishes, thinly slice the beef sausage, thinly slice the shiitake mushrooms, and shred the onion.

Put the shiitake mushrooms and onions in a pot and stir fry to prevent too much water from coming out during the roasting process.

Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a base of the same size as the bottom of the pizza pan, and spread the crust into it. Fork some small holes.

Spread a layer of pizza sauce on the bottom of the pizza.

Spread shiitake mushrooms and onions on the bottom of the pizza.

Spread the cut beef sausage evenly.

Sprinkle another layer of shredded cheese.

Preheat the oven in advance, and heat up and down at 200 degrees for about 18 minutes, and the coloring is satisfactory.
