Seeing that there was still an onion at home, I went to buy beef and fry it together, adding some colored peppers. The collocation of colored pepper and beef is bright in color, and add appropriate amount of onion to enhance the fragrance, the taste is very fresh

Beef Slices with Pepper and Onion

1. After washing the beef slices, add cooking wine, oyster sauce, salt, cornstarch, and basil spices, marinate them in the refrigerator for 2 hours

2. Prepare ginger slices, onions and colored peppers, wash and slice separately

3. Heat the pan until the oil temperature is 5 minutes hot

4. Add the beef slices and stir fry until all the color changes, pick up the oil control

5. Save the base oil, add ginger slices and onion and sauté

6. Then return the beef slices to the pot and stir fry evenly

7. Pour in the bell peppers and stir fry for a fragrance

8. Season with salt

9. Add oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat

10. Serve

Tips:

This dish is a quick dish. The beef slices are almost cooked after being fried in oil and smooth. The action is a little bit swift. Onions and colored peppers should not be fried. The overripeness will affect the taste.
