Beef Slices with Pepper and Onion

After washing the beef slices, add cooking wine, oyster sauce, salt, cornstarch, and basil spices, marinate them in the refrigerator for 2 hours

Prepare ginger slices, onions and colored peppers, wash and slice separately

Tips:
This dish is a quick dish. The beef slices are almost cooked after being fried in oil and smooth. The action is a little bit swift. Onions and colored peppers should not be fried. The overripeness will affect the taste.
