Beef Soup with Enoki Mushroom and Tomato

Bring the water to a boil, boil the beef slices in water, and remove them when they change color.

Pass the meat slices in warm water twice to remove any foam on the surface.

Soak the tomatoes in boiling water for a few minutes and peel them.

Remove the roots of enoki mushrooms and break loose.

Tips:
1. In order to remove the blood foam, the beef slices do not need to be boiled for too long.
2. The tomatoes are simmered in boiling water for a few minutes so that they can be peeled.
