Beef Soup with Straw Mushroom and Radish

Stir the beef slices with oil and set aside for a while.

Peel the radish and slice it.
3.
Cut the straw mushrooms in half.
4.
Bring to a boil with water, add radish, straw mushrooms and ginger to a boil for 2 minutes.
5.
Add beef when the water is boiling, add salt and adjust the taste after boiling.
