Beef Spinach Tofu Soup

Cut the beef thinly into a container, add 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1/4 tsp sugar, 1/3 tsp pepper, stir well, add 1 tbsp water, stir well, add corn starch 1 teaspoon, continue to mix well, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil at the end, also grab well, let stand for 30 minutes or more

Cut the tofu into pieces, wash and drain spinach;

Bring the soup pot to high heat, add sliced ginger, tofu and ham. After boiling, change to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes to let the ham taste out. If there is foam after the stew is complete, skim it;

Add beef separately, don't turn it immediately;

Continue to add spinach leaves, add 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper and 1/2 tbsp sesame oil, boil and stir a few times;

Sprinkle in coriander and serve while hot. Enjoy!
Tips:
1. As the saying goes, if you roll with tofu, you can boil the tofu thoroughly;
2. Adding ham soup makes it fresher, and it feels unnecessary to add chicken essence and MSG.
