Beef Stew with Mushrooms

The meat mushrooms from Baishan in August are all large and small, and a piece of thread was picked up. It was left when the thread was worn and dried. I won’t elaborate on beef stew anymore, anyone knows it. Beef 750 grams, cut into large pieces, soak in clean water for half a day, soak the blood. Wash into a casserole, put half an onion or half a green onion, three or four slices of ginger, 2 slices of bay leaves, 15 peppers, 2 aniseed, 4 cloves, 1 piece of cinnamon, nutmeg, coriander seeds, grass fruit, Lemongrass and so on. Bring to a boil on high heat, remove any froth, and simmer on low heat. I added the reserved soup, rock sugar and soy sauce, and simmered it for an hour and a half.

After the meat is stewed, you can stew the meat and mushrooms, just eat and cook as you like. Soak the tea mushrooms, cut potatoes into pieces, prepare green onions and ginger, and two small hot peppers for the spicy ones.

Add oil to the pot, add green onion and ginger until fragrant, add meat mushrooms and potatoes over high heat, and stir-fry until the edges of the potato pieces are slightly browned.

Add the beef stew soup and the water for soaking the meat mushrooms, add an appropriate amount of oyster sauce; when the soup is boiling, turn to medium-low heat and cook until the potatoes are half cooked and can bite.

Cut the beef into palatable sizes with a knife, put it in the pan, and season with salt. Stew until the potatoes are cooked and sandy.

You can pour some sesame oil and leave the pot. It needs some soup, bibimbap is delicious. It's as simple as that. The meat is simmered in advance, and the tea mushrooms are soaked. Office workers are tight at noon, and they will be ready to eat soon.
