Beef Stew with Potatoes

Peel and wash the potatoes and cut the hob into pieces, and rinse with water to prevent the potatoes from changing color

The beef stewed before is set aside!

Chopped green onion and set aside

Add a small amount of oil and saute the chopped green onion!

Add potatoes and stir fry!

Put a small amount of soy sauce! Stir fry a few times

Put the beef on top, don't stir, because the beef will stick to the pan when it reaches the bottom of the pan. Put beef broth and white butter in it, add water and simmer until it's 8 minutes cooked, add salt and stir!

Adding soy sauce can improve the color!
Tips:
1. Potatoes are watered to prevent discoloration and oxidation
2. Don't stir the beef immediately to prevent sticking to the pan
3. The beef is best to use beef tendon meat or beef waiting part, not dry!
