Beef Stew with Potatoes

Cut beef, potatoes, radish, and coriander.

Put the cornstarch, white sugar (or brown sugar), and soy sauce into the beef and marinate within 10 minutes. The sweetness depends on your taste.

Put the oil in the pot slightly hot, add garlic, ginger, dried chili, then stir-fry beef, add vinegar, soy sauce, a small amount of sugar, a small amount of rice wine, and finally pour in water to remove bubbles.

Put it in a pressure cooker, add bay leaves and star anise cinnamon, add potatoes and carrots to high heat and simmer for 3 minutes.

Put the pan on a plate and add the coriander.
