Beef Stew with Radish

1 large carrot, 1 catty beef, 2 green onions, 1 small piece of ginger, and 2 coriander.

Cut the beef into small pieces and blanch it in a pot under cold water. After blanching, rinse off and set aside.

Prepare the stew ingredients.

Put the cleaned meat and ingredients into the pressure cooker and add some cooking wine, heat the water and set for 30 minutes to start the stew.

Wash the radish, peel and cut into pieces.

When the beef is simmered, move it to the pan. Bring the radish to a boil.

The radish is ripe and feels transparent. Add salt and sprinkle with coriander and turn off the heat.
8.
A dish suitable for autumn.
