Beef Stew with Tomatoes

Soak the beef in water and cut into small pieces

Put cold water into the pot, add a few slices of ginger to get rid of fishy

Boil the water to remove the floating powder

Cook for two minutes

Take out the beef and wash it with hot water

Peel and cut tomatoes

Heat the bottom oil in a pot, sauté the ginger slices until fragrant

Blanched beef

Add potatoes and appropriate amount of salt and simmer for about 30 minutes to get out of the pot
