Beef Stew with Tomatoes and Potatoes

Cut green onion into ginger slices, prepare spices.

Take two tomatoes, peel them and puree them.

Wash the beef and cut into pieces.

Put cold water in the pot, add a spoonful of cooking wine, boil the beef with cold water until the water boils and the meat changes color.

Put a small amount of oil in the pot, pour in the spices and sauté fragrant, add the green onion and ginger.

Pour the blanched beef into the pot and stir fry for about 1 minute.

Pour the beef into an electric pressure cooker, add an appropriate amount of water, add the crushed tomato paste and simmer for 30 minutes.

When stewing beef, cut the potatoes. (The potatoes are better to cut when the beef cubes are stewed to prevent discoloration)

After the beef is simmered for 30 minutes, vent the air and add the potatoes.

Add appropriate amount of salt to taste and continue to simmer for 10 minutes.

Cut the tomato into pieces about the size of beef and set aside.

After the beef and potatoes are simmered, add the tomatoes and simmer for about 5 minutes on high heat to cook the tomatoes.
