Beef Stew with Vegetables

1. The wide vermicelli is folded short and soaked in warm water.

2. Wash cabbage, green peppers, carrots, spinach, peel and wash garlic.

3. Cut cooked beef into pieces.

4. Slice the tofu, put a little oil in the pan, and fry until slightly yellow on both sides.

5. Cut spinach into sections, and cut green peppers, cabbage, and carrots into pieces.

6. Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the pot, add the hot pot bottom ingredients and stir fry until fragrant, add garlic cloves (patted flat) and small red peppers and fry them until fragrant.

7. Put in the soaked wide vermicelli and stir fry.

Tips:
