Beef Stew with Vegetables

The wide vermicelli is folded short and soaked in warm water.

Wash cabbage, green peppers, carrots, spinach, peel and wash garlic.

Cut cooked beef into pieces.

Slice the tofu, put a little oil in the pan, and fry until slightly yellow on both sides.

Cut spinach into sections, and cut green peppers, cabbage, and carrots into pieces.

Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the pot, add the hot pot bottom ingredients and stir fry until fragrant, add garlic cloves (patted flat) and small red peppers and fry them until fragrant.

Put in the soaked wide vermicelli and stir fry.

Add appropriate amount of water and simmer until the vermicelli becomes soft.

Add the fried tofu slices and beef and bring to a boil.

Add vegetables, add appropriate amount of salt, pepper powder, ginger powder (you can also use ginger), chicken essence. When the vegetables are cooked, add proper amount of vinegar and leave the pot.

In the warm and cold season, it is suitable to eat this spicy and hot home-cooked dish.
Tips:
1. The water temperature of the vermicelli should be relatively high, otherwise it will be difficult to cook.
2. If you put ginger, stir-fry it with garlic and small red peppers.
3. Adjust vegetables and meats according to personal preference.
