Beef Stewed with Carrots

Cut beef into pieces and drain the water for later use.

Wash the carrots, peel and cut the hob.
3.
Boil hot water in a crock pot and pour the beef into the pot.

When the water in the pot is boiled, skim off the foam, cover the lid, and simmer on low heat for about 1 and a half hours until the beef is tender.
5.
Cut the radish into hob pieces while stewing the meat.
6.
About an hour and a half, the beef is simmered.
7.
Pour the carrots into the stewed beef.
8.
Add enough salt to the jar, cover the lid and cook until the radishes are cooked and soft and ready to eat.
