Beef Stir-fried Rice Skin

Beef chopped up and marinated for half an hour with cooking wine, soy sauce, starch and a little water.

Shred carrots and mince ginger.

Wash spinach and cut into sections.

Put the oil in the pan to heat up, add the beef and stir fry to change the color.
