Stir-fried Rice Peel with Long Beans

Bought rice skins.

Wash the long beans.

Cut the long beans into oblique sections, and cut the millet pepper into small pieces.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, and stir-fry the pepper, green onion and ginger until fragrant.

Add the long beans and millet peppers.

Add a little salt and chicken essence to adjust the bottom flavor (long beans are not good) and stir fry until they are nine mature.
