Beef Stuffed Loofah

1. Choose 1 tender loofah and cut into 6 cm sections.

2. Cut two cuts in the middle.

3. Carved into such a flower shape with a knife.

4. Add water, salt, oil, and baking soda to the pot to boil, add the loofah and boil it and then cool it for later use.

5. Dice beef, stir-fry with green onion and ginger until fragrant, and thicken the gorgon.

6. Put the boiled beef cubes into the loofah separately.

7. Cut the cucumber as shown.
