Beef Tomato Soup

Cut the beef into mahjong pieces and blanch in a pot under cold water. After the fire is boiled, take it out and rinse again with clean water for later use.

Put the rinsed beef cubes in a casserole, then add the ginger and green onions.

Cut the green radish into mahjong pieces and put them in the pot. Please ignore that my radish has a heartbreak due to lack of moisture.

Cut the tomatoes into larger pieces and put them in the pot.
5.
Pour in enough clean water and set the stove to fire.
6.
Turn the high heat to a low heat and continue to simmer for an hour and a half. It is advisable that the beef is well cooked and season with salt.
