Beef Udon Noodles: for One Person

Prepare udon noodles.

Beef slices, add light soy sauce, black pepper and 0.5 tablespoon of cooking oil, mix well.

Prepare the red and yellow peppers and wash them.

Dice the red and yellow peppers.

Peel the garlic and slice it.

Boil water, add some salt and 0.5 tablespoon of cooking oil, add udon noodles, and cook for about 3 minutes.

Scoop up the udon noodles and put them on the plate.

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic slices, and stir-fry on medium-to-low heat to create a fragrance.

Turn to high heat, add beef, and fry until slightly discolored.
10.
Add diced red pepper and diced yellow pepper.
11.
Stir fry slightly until the red and yellow peppers are broken.
12.
Put the fried sauce and beef on the udon noodles, ready to eat.
Tips:
Add some oil and salt when cooking the noodles to make the noodles more chewy and smooth.
