Beef with Sauce

Cut beef tendon into large pieces. Change the water 2 or 3 times during soaking for more than 2 hours.

Put a little cooking wine in a pot of beef under cold water, boil the water for 2 minutes, remove the foam, and rinse it off with clean water.

Put another pot of beef in a cold water pot, and after the water is boiled, skim the floating powder again.

Put in a little light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sweet noodle sauce, soy tofu, cooking wine and prepared accessories.

Add a few teaspoons of salt after boiling for 40 minutes (decide how much to add according to your needs). The size of the meat varies from time to time. Generally, it takes one hour to one and a half hours. It can be easily inserted through chopsticks to turn off the fire. Of course, the longer the meat is soaked in the soup, the better.
