Beef with Sauce

Prepare ingredients

Wash the beef and pan under cold water.

Bring to a boil, put the onion and ginger to skim off the froth and cook for 5 minutes, then remove.

Put the spices and beef wrapped in gauze into a pot and heat water (the beef is just under the surface of the water). Pour in cooking wine and soy sauce.

Add the yellow sauce.

Add salt and rock sugar.
7.
Turn to a small fire sauce after boiling.

Turn the beef noodles in the meantime.
9.
Simmer the sauce for about 2.5 hours.
