Beef with Sour Soup and Golden Needles

Boil enoki mushrooms in water, add some oil to the water, remove and place on the bottom of a bowl for later use

After the fat cow is blanched and changed color, take it out and set aside

Sauté minced garlic in a frying pan, Hainan yellow chili sauce

Add yellow chili sauce and stir fry together. Add appropriate amount of water. The best broth is broth. I don't have broth in my house, so I added some chicken juice

Season with salt and add some sugar

Add fat beef, add cooking wine

Add rice vinegar to a boil, pour the fat beef with the soup on top of the enoki mushrooms

Add chives and red peppers, boil some hot oil and drizzle on the chopped green onions
Tips:
Hainan yellow pepper is really spicy! I can't stand it anyway!
