One of the most homely braised pork ribs, especially the children's favorite. Each has its own taste, but it will be especially delicious.

The "spoon" in the recipe is the small porcelain soup spoon used for soup at home.

Beer Braised Short Ribs (broiled Pork Ribs)

1. Prepare all ingredients

Chop the ribs into small pieces. After rinsing, soak in cold water for more than 2 hours. Change the water several times in between until the ribs are white and there is no blood in the water.
After that, remove the controlled water and set aside

✅The ribs can also be soaked, put it in the pot with cold water, boil over medium heat, skim off the foam and remove for use

2. Heat a pan with cold oil, add ginger, star anise, cinnamon and rock sugar, and heat over low heat

3. Until the rock sugar melts

✅Be patient, don't turn the rock candy, let alone paste the pot

4. After the rock sugar melts, add the ribs

Turn the stove to medium heat

5. Stir fry evenly, you can see that the fried sugar is very beautiful

I'm afraid of mashing the pan, so I only stir-fried twice and quickly took a photo. Then continue to stir-fry evenly.

6. Add dried chilies, bay leaves and half a spoon of dark soy sauce

7. 3 tablespoons light soy sauce

8. Stir fry evenly

9. Add a can of beer

10. Add enough boiling water

Turn the stove into a high fire and urge it on

11. Skim the scum, cover the pot, and simmer on medium heat for about 40 minutes

✅I also added a few slices of dried hawthorn

12. After the ribs are cooked, taste the saltiness first, and add salt according to your own taste

✅At this time, you can pick out star anise, cinnamon, ginger, etc.

13. Stir continuously, collect the juice on the fire

✅Don’t collect the juice too dry, the meat will become firewood

14. Serve

✅You can sprinkle a little white sesame seeds and chives to decorate.

15. Every time I make it, it's fragrant

16. ✌️✌️✌️

17. 😍😍😍 It smells so good,

I must have a big bowl of rice~~~

Tips:

1. If you don't want to put sugar or can't put sugar, you can add a little soy sauce to replace rock sugar to enhance the color.
2. Other precautions are in the process.
