Beer Chicken Feet
1.
Prepare various seasonings, slap garlic, slice ginger, and cut dried red pepper into sections. The thick soup treasure, soy sauce, white vinegar, sesame oil forgot to take in the picture😌
2.
Wash the chicken feet and cut them in half to add more flavor~ Add three slices of ginger to the chicken feet and blanch in boiling water, remove the floating powder, rinse and drain and set aside
3.
Heat the oil, add the garlic, ginger, and bean paste and stir fry until fragrant
4.
Stir fry the chicken feet after adding blanching water
5.
Because the chili powder will be mashed off, so put it after the chicken feet are stir-fried. After the chili powder is fragrant, mix together and stir-fry for a minute or two.
6.
Add 500ml beer 🍺 and thick soup treasure (if there is no thick soup treasure, add appropriate amount of salt)
7.
When the water is fast-drying, add soy sauce, white vinegar and sesame oil and stir fry
8.
You can leave a little bit of the thick soup, the chicken feet in the soup will taste more delicious, put it on the plate, and the finished product ❤
Tips:
1. If you like spicy flavor, you can add pepper, if you like spiced, you can add star anise cinnamon, just according to your own taste~
2. The thick soup treasure is generally sold in big supermarkets. I bought it at Wal-Mart. The thick soup treasure is salty, so I did not add additional salt~
