Beer Duck
1.
Chop the duck into small pieces, wipe the pan clean, then put the duck in and stir fry (don't put oil).
2.
Stir-fry until the surface is golden and serve with a bowl.
3.
Wash the pan, boil it for a while, put the oil in it, put the fried duck pieces into the stir-fry once, and finally put it out in a bowl.
4.
Ingredients: cinnamon, mangosteen, chili, ginger, beer, garlic cloves (forgot to take it in).
5.
Wash the pot, put the oil, add the cinnamon and ginger slices and stir fry until the aroma overflows.
6.
Put the duck pieces in and stir fry.
7.
Add salt, light soy sauce, and vinegar, stir fry for color.
8.
Put a bottle of beer.
9.
Put the garlic cloves and chili in, change to medium heat and cook for 1 hour and 20 minutes (you can control the time, you can cook a little longer if you like soft, and a little shorter if you like harder).
10.
If you think there is not enough chili, you can add some chopped chili in this step, but remember not to add too much, otherwise it will be salty. You can also put green chili and stir fry for a while, the same is true~!
Tips:
You can boil the duck in water (degrease) first, then drain the duck and stir fry!
