Beer Duck

Ingredients are ready; cut green and red pepper into small pieces, slice ginger, smash garlic

After washing the duck, chop into small pieces, pot under cold water, add cooking wine, ginger slices, blanching water, and remove and control dry

Heat oil in a pan, sauté ginger and garlic, add duck meat and stir-fry continuously, and dry the water

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, star anise powder, stir-fry until it is colored, and pour beer (one can is 330ml, which is almost just right, no need to add water)

Add rock sugar, bring to a boil on high heat, simmer for 40 minutes on low heat, then turn on high heat to collect the juice

When the juice is almost received, add the green and red peppers, stir fry while continuing to collect the juice on high heat, until the juice is thick
