Beer Duck

Chop the duck into pieces, wash it, put cold water into the pot and blanch the bleeding water

Add vegetable oil to the pot, add the duck pieces and stir fry until the color changes

Add sliced ginger, garlic, dried red pepper, cinnamon, star anise and peppercorns and stir fry until fragrant

Cook the cooking wine, add soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and white sugar, stir fry evenly
5.
Pour in the beer, bring to a boil and simmer for 40 minutes
6.
Turn off the heat when the soup is dry, add chopped green garlic and mix well
