Beer Duck

Cut the young duck into large pieces, blanch in boiling water for 3 minutes, remove and rinse;

Slice ginger, cut green onion into sections, and wash with five spices;

Heat the pan with oil, add the green onion, ginger slices and five spices to fragrant;

Add duck pieces and stir fry;
5.
Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and light soy sauce and stir fry;
6.
After the duck pieces are colored, pour into a can of beer to boil on high heat and turn to low heat to simmer;
7.
Simmer until the soup thickens, open the lid and collect the juice over high heat.
