Beer Duck

Prepare ginger slices, green onion hob slices, black beauty pepper slices, and garlic into granules. Prepare dried chili, star anise, tangerine peel, angelica and white buckle.

The young ducks are cut into pieces and boiled in water for 3 minutes, and the blood is removed for later use.

Fry the duck pieces in oil until slightly yellow, add dried chili and aniseed and fry until fragrant.

Pour in the ginger, green onion, garlic, and stir fry, add a spoonful of salt.

First add rock sugar and cooking wine, then add the dark soy sauce and light soy sauce to mix.

Add a can of beer and reduce to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Add chicken essence and monosodium glutamate to taste, put out of the pan and serve.
Tips:
Depending on the age and tenderness of the ducks, the slow simmering time of the beer can be adjusted by yourself.
