Beer Duck Hot Pot

Prepare ingredients: old duck, beer, onions, thick soup, sour bamboo shoots, dried peppers, potatoes, gourd gourd, eryngii mushroom, carrots, etc.

Tips:
1. The pot bottom soup of beer duck is all made with beer;
2. If the soup is less, you can add a small amount of water, or continue to add beer;
3. Dried chili is more fragrant than raw chili;
