Home-cooked Chicken Stew

1. Add ginger, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rice wine, orleans marinade to the chicken, marinate for 20 minutes

2. Pour tomatoes in a casserole, pour in the marinated chicken, add star anise and dried chilies

3. Add a can of beer, cover and simmer for 20 minutes

4. Open the lid and sprinkle chopped green onion to eat
