Beer Partner Spicy Pork Knuckle

There are a few pig's trotter, wash and cut along the seam of the pig's feet after removing the residual hair.

Bring the water to a boil, add the ginger slices to the pig's feet and blanch it for later use (the foam is scooped out in the middle).

Red 99 hot pot seasoning under cold oil and sauté

Add pork knuckles and stir fry, add cooking wine, green onions, and sugar in the middle. Then add a proper amount of boiling water, turn the heat to a low heat, and cook until the pig's feet are cooked (it can be easily pierced into the pork feet with chopsticks).
Tips:
1. The pig's feet must be removed from the hair first, and one can be burned with fire.
2. When pig's feet are blanched, add proper amount of beer to remove fishy.
