Beer Quail Eggs

Ingredients: 330ml beer, 450g quail eggs, 2 star anise, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 3 slices of ginger, 1 tablespoon of crushed rock sugar

The amount of beer is better than quail eggs.

The closer the soaking time, the more delicious. It can also be soaked after removing the shell.
