Beer Stew with Potatoes and Beef

Wash the beef and cut into pieces, put them in the pan and fry the upper and lower sides of the meat pieces;

Tips:
1. This dish should be seasoned with a little sugar, and the dishes cooked in beer will have the slight bitter taste of beer;
2. No water is added to this dish, only beer is added during the stewing process. The aroma is compelling and delicious;
3. If you don't have Budweiser beer at home, other brands of beer can be substituted, such as Qingdao Oh, Pearl River Beer (not sweet), Snow Beer, San Miguel and even dark beer.
