Beer Stewed Spanish Mackerel Eggplant

1. The spaniel is cut into oblique sections and marinated with cooking wine, pepper, and salt for flavor.

2. Cut the eggplant into hob pieces for later use.

3. Dip the fish in flour and set aside.
