Bento Bean Paste Roll
1.
Add egg whites to the flour (for keeping the egg yolks), a small amount of sugar, yeast, and baking powder to dissolve the dough with warm water, knead the dough for proof! (Same as soft as dumpling noodles)
2.
Add appropriate amount of sugar to the bean paste (if you don't like sweets, you can no longer add sugar), cooking oil, and cooked sesame seeds.
3.
Grab the red bean paste and rub the balls! Shortbread is made of flour and cooking oil, the ratio is 1:1! (I also added some ripe sesame seeds)
4.
Proofed dough. (Wake up for about half an hour)
5.
Use a noodle pressing machine to press open, spread a small amount of butter, and sprinkle some thin noodles as shown in the picture. After folding in half, press open, then apply butter and sprinkle thin noodles! I pressed it three or four times. (If you find it troublesome, this part can be omitted)
6.
After repeated pressing, spread the pastry and sprinkle some thin noodles!
7.
After spreading the pastry, fold it and pull it into a small potion.
8.
After the small doses are flattened, wrap them in red bean paste and close the mouth.
9.
Do it in turn.
10.
After wrapping the red bean paste, roll it into a beef tongue shape (when rolling, the mouth is up) and then roll it up as shown in the picture (when rolling, the inside of the mouth roll)! Cut the oblique knife with a knife! (At this time, preheat the oven, 140 up and 160 down)!
11.
Put it in a baking tray, spread the beaten egg yolks and sprinkle with black sesame seeds! Bake in the oven for 25 minutes! (Upper fire 140, bottom fire 160)! Time and temperature are for reference only! Because the size of the red bean paste roll is different, the baking time is different.
12.
It's out.
13.
Come if you want to eat.
14.
I gave a few to my friends, left a few for my mother-in-law, and my son and daughter ate a few.
15.
Someone said he only ate two 😄
Tips:
Dear friends 😊 The baking powder I use is aluminum-free baking powder, I have forgotten to tell my friends 😄
