Put the raw eggs in the refrigerator and freeze them. Yes, if you read it right, they are frozen.

Take out the frozen raw eggs to thaw. Rice cooker for cooking.

Prepare vegetables while cooking. Discontinue the vegetables in boiling water. Remove the cold water for later use. Too cold water is to cool the vegetables as quickly as possible, so as to maintain a beautiful color.

After the rice is cooked, beat the eggs directly on the rice,

Pour crushed seaweed, bonito flakes, and vegetables on the rice.

Finally, add an appropriate amount of Hamada soy sauce, mix well, and you can start.
Tips:
1. Regarding vegetables, I wrote very general. In fact, just choose what you like. I usually use sweet peas and chopped carrots.
2. If Hamada soy sauce is not available, you can use the soy sauce used when eating sashimi.
3. There are many names for bonito flower, such as muyu flower and bonito flower.
4. During the freezing process, raw eggs have been sterilized and can be eaten with confidence.
