Bibimbap

1. Wash the celery and cut into small pieces.

2. Wash the fresh mushrooms and tear them into small pieces.

3. Cut the carrots into filaments.

4. Wash the spinach and cut into sections.

5. Remove the roots of the bean sprouts and wash them.

6. Boil water in a pot and blanch the fresh mushrooms.

7. Put the spinach in the pot and blanch it.

8. Put the celery in the pot and blanch it.

9. Put the bean sprouts in cold water and remove after the water is boiled.

10. Put a little oil in the pan, pour in the carrot shreds and fry.

11. Put the braised rice in a stone pot.

12. Place the blanched vegetables on top of the rice.

Tips:
