Beat the eggs, spread into an egg cake in a non-stick pan, shred the egg cake, shredded shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, and lentils

Shred shiitake mushrooms, shred enoki mushrooms, shred lentils, shred carrots, shred cucumbers, and cut garlic into slices

Finely chop lean meat, add ginger, dark soy sauce, and marinate with a little salt for 15 minutes

Stir-fry the minced meat until it comes out of the pan, add the sweet chili sauce and stir-fry evenly

Brush vegetable oil in the stone pot and add steamed rice;
