Big Bone Lotus Root Soup

Prepare the ingredients

Cut the lotus root into pieces and set aside
3.
Remove the blood from the big bones and wash them
4.
Then add ginger, garlic and green onions
5.
Add vinegar and bring to a boil
6.
Then add the lotus root in the pot for 3-4 hours, until the lotus root is soft and rotten
Tips:
1. Add a small amount of vinegar to better dissolve the calcium in the big bones into the soup
