Big Elbow

1. First, start the pot and boil hot water

2. Boil the elbows in the water

3. Add cooking wine to remove the fishy taste

4. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes

5. Put cooking oil in the pot, add rock sugar, boil syrup

6. Boil it into syrup and pour it out for later use

7. Prepare bay leaves, dried chilies and star anise

8. Boil the water again, put the elbows in the water

9. Add light soy sauce, spices, syrup, monosodium glutamate, salt, dried chili, green onion and ginger.

10. Cover the pot and simmer for two hours

11. Take it out of the pot, and use another pot of soup to thicken

12. The soup is drizzled on the elbows

13. A plate of delicious elbows is out of the pot
