This is the most popular type of wonton in our family, not one of them! Well, anyway, I don’t feel tired after eating every day~ It’s just too painful to peel the shrimp, if someone does it for you, haha~

Big Wontons with Shrimp and Celery

1. Wash the pork, peel it, and grind it into meat with ginger

2. Peel the shrimps, remove their heads, and remove the shrimp threads, then use a small spoon of starch to clean them.

3. Drain the washed shrimp into the meat filling, remove the leaves of celery and wash

4. Put half a teaspoon of pepper, a teaspoon of salt, and a teaspoon of cooking wine in the filling

5. Celery diced

6. Put the diced celery into the meat

7. Stir all the ingredients in one direction

8. Take a piece of wonton wrapper and wrap it with a small spoonful of stuffing

9. Wontons are all wrapped in order

10. Add enough water to the soup pot, bring to a boil, add the wontons to a boil, turn to medium-low heat, add a teaspoon of salt to taste, cook the wontons until they are transparent, and then sprinkle with chopped green onion.
