Bird's Nest Potato Omelet

1. The large potatoes are shredded and washed to remove the starch.

2. Let the water open into the potato shreds, remove it after a minute and set aside.

3. Separate the egg white and the yolk.

4. Add salt to the potato shreds and add an appropriate amount of pepper.

5. Pour the egg whites and stir well.

6. Brush the pan with oil and add potato shreds to form a bird's nest.

7. Put one egg yolk in each, fry until one side is set, then fry the other side.

8. Brush the garlic chili sauce, sprinkle with black sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
